The hotel was great!!!! The staff members were friendly and very helpful, our room was very nice and clean... Our family was there for a reunion, so it was a large crowd at the hotel. The breakfast area was well kept and the food was good and the kitchen staff kept it stocked..... The next time we're in the Pearland area our family will stay here again....

My friends and I traveled as a part of a group who stayed at the hotel adjacent to your hotel. They were not pleased at all. :-( They were envious of our accommodations. Thank you for that.

Very clean and roomy hotel. We enjoyed the sitting area in our room and the many amenities offered for such a reasonable price.

Moist, Damp floor, AC was blasting and the room was freezing, turned up the temperature and the room now is moist, wet, damp... complained, and asked for them to fix this, no solutions offered, complained again, told maintenance would come and fix the problem, was here for 4 nights with my wife and two small kids and by the forth day when my 3 year old woke up he was coughing so bad we ended up taking him to the hospital, and missed our flight! The pool isn't heated, so it's FREEZING! September 25, it was still 90+ degrees out . Pool shouldn't be 75 degrees!! Breakfast, was good though. Can't beat a FREE breakfast right. Only with the trip to the hospital, I'm out 1000 dollars, should have paid for a better hotel. AND this wan't the cheapest hotel we found, so I'm REALLY upset with just how terrible this hotel is. So, now I'm back in Florida, took my kids to the regular doctor, and she said they both have sinus, and ear infections, probably brought on by mold in the room, AND they some how got Hand Foot and Mouth disease. THEY WERE HEALTHY WHEN WE LEFT!! Stay here at your own risk! and if you do, PLEASE by the trip insurance, we missed our flight, and luckily got a later flight, but if we missed that we would have been out an additional 1000 dollars!! SO Excited to see how much this hospital bill is going to be!

I usually don't write reviews but today was the exception. This place claims on being handicap but sad to say it's not that assessable. I had reservations for two night and was suppose to get two queen beds handicap ,not so they only had a king available. So I asked to see the room first and check to see if it was okay, the clerk couldn't leave her station she was the only one there and against company policy, it was late we were tired from the long drive and my mom is 93 come on. So I took the room anyway with regrets and against my better judgement. She claimed that she didn't know what happened with our room it was nobody's fault of course. Now the toilet was very low now that's bad on the knees and mom is in a wheelchair. The shower had grab bars but the little chair and i mean little chair was very low and no back rest and no adjustable legs again very hard on the knees and I almost dropped my mom twice...that time, the bed was very hard for her to get on but we managed. In the morning i called room service and asked for another room but they really couldn't promise me another one until after 1pm by then we were waiting in the lobby until almost 2pm and i just gave up when they told me it was ready but i already had made another reservation some place else. They are not very courteous and i don't think they care one way or another whether you stay or not. Be ready for the extra 100.00 deposit per night which I was not told about when i made the reservation..What a nightmare that was..

We arrived around 4 PM on a Thursday with a reservation for three nights. After driving from Biloxi, MS, we were tired and hungry. We also had just spent the last four nights at the Grand Biloxi Casino and Hotel and were treated royally. No so here! We went to check in and met a very stone-face, dower-looking young man whom we had to call to the front desk. There wasn't anyone else anywhere around. He must have been doing something very important back there because it seemed to bother him that we had shown up! Without hardly any conversation, just asking the name our reservation was in, he made up our keys, not even asking what floor or confirm that we were booked for three nights. He stuck us in room 118 which is on the first floor right next to the ice machine and one wall away from the breakfast area! Now I don't really think the motel was full so why stick us in the worst room possible! We were too tired to object which was our fault. I asked about luggage carts and he looked kind of surprised. He said he thought they had two but didn't know where they were. He took the elevator to look for one but was down in about two minutes and said he couldn't find any. That was the last we saw of the young man or any of the motel staff! Our room looked pretty new. I had to fix the toilet handle before it would work and when we ran the shower the first time, it dumped a bunch of dirty and whatever in the tub with the water. Also, the air vent in the bath sounded like a jet engine and you can't turn it off!My wife and I found out that the kitchen staff starts working at around 3 AM. They were banging pans and anything else that makes noise starting that early and of course our room was right next to the kitchen. Needless to say we did not like getting woke up that early. The noise carried on until well after 8 AM.By now it wasn't a hard decision to pack up and leave this place. We did find a luggage cart this time, loaded it up and pushed it out to the car. After loading the car, we went back in to check out. There was a young lady at the desk (again, no one else around) and we told her we were checking out two nights early. She just said, "Uh, OK!" and let us pay our bill. We did ask where the Manager was but she didn't know and didn't act like she knew how to find him. She was petty much an "air-head".We just left. If you stay here, ask for something besides the 1st floor and don't plan on anyone at the motel knowing or caring that you brought them some business.

I stayed here during a business trip to Houston Medical Center. All of the Medical Center hotels were booked and I got this hotel just south of Medical center and downtown. The hotel is very clean and well appointed. They have a very relaxing water wall in the lobby where I did some of my work using the wireless internet. Interesting note: the tax rate here is very low so I saved $15 on taxes.Highly recommend.
