Lo mejor,sin duda,el personal. Todos excelente: el personal de limpieza,los camareros(en especial Mario), el equipo d animación(en especial Alexia). Siempre con una sonrisa y palabras amables. También la limpieza y la comodidad d las camas. Las piscinas geniales,para los peques y adultos.
El buffet, en general, de calidad media. Algo repetitivo. Entiendo que por lo que se paga,no se puede exigir mucho más.

El trato del personal es inmejorable, las habitaciones estan super bien y estan reformando las que son mas viejas, a mi me toco una recien reformada, pero no tenia puerta en la habitacion del niño y me dieron otra habitacion que si disponia de ella. La comida es variada y abundante, al igual que la bebida. Nosotros hemos vuelto con muy buen sabor de boca de nuestras vacaciones. La animación para niños y para adultos esta tambien muy bien.
La playa que esta al lado es de roca, pero a 10 min andando esta la playa de waikiki, que esta muy bien. El hotel dispone de autobuses gratuitos que te desplazan a las grandes playas, las mejores que he visto.

Gute Zimmerzuweisung im Relaxbereich. Verpflegung abwechslungsreich. Reception sehr hilfsbereit. Toller Sandstrand nach 10- min. Busfahrt (glasklares türkisfarbenes Wasser, super.
Kein Retourbus ab dem Strand in die Unterkunft (für Mittagesssen). Schade, dass die Poolbars relativ früh zumachen. Gleichzeitige Aktionen in der Arena (Essen, Kinderclub im Saal, Bingo ) nicht optimal vom Zeitmanagement. Schlechter Wifiempfang.

Personale e animazione poco attenti e talvolta scortesi. Cucina da mensa aziendale, cibo scadente e spesso riciclato. Abbiamo preso una suite famigliare che si è rivelata una stanza di medie dimensioni, mal arredata e spesso visitata da grossi scarafaggi. Pagato come un 4 stelle superior ma che di stelle ne merita a dir tanto 2.

Bien, pero mejor si no eres Español

- El personal y su amabilidad fue de lo mejor.- El restaurante de temática española, sobresaliente! - Zonas comunes muy limpio siempre. - Las animaciones nocturnas eran bastante buenas y variadas todas las noches. Mi hija se quedaba encantada.
- El buffet diario deja que desear. Hay días en que es aceptable pero otros, la calidad es bastante mala.- El restaurante de temática asiática es realmente malo. No he visto comida asiática tan mala como la que he probado aquí. El sushi de pena, más que sushi parecía ensalada de verduras con arroz. Hasta los fideos chinos estaban malos y bañados en aceite. - La situación del hotel es mala si quieres ir a la playa. La playa que está al lado es malisima y tienes que coger un autobús para ir a las grandes playas. Algo que no es lo más cómodo si viajas con niños y carro como en mi caso. Por suerte, se Llega bastante rápido. - lo de todo incluido es relativo. Me parece inaceptable que pagues un todo incluido y si te apetece una bolsa de patatas fritas o un helado por ejemplo... tengas que pagarlo. Y aun por encima son caros. - te sientes extranjero en tu propio país. Está lleno de ingleses y alemanes. Es muy raro ver gente que hable español y hasta muchos de los propios trabajadores del hotel no hablan español, lo cual es un problema para los niños pequeños que no pueden ni relacionarse con otros porque no se entienden y ni siquiera con algunos animadores porque hablan principalmente en inglés. - Una noche proyectaron una película (nemo) y como no... en inglés. Lo cual mi hija de 3 años no se enteró de nada. - todo orientado a los extranjeros. El horario de la piscina cierra a las 18h (¿¿¿???). Con lo que si te echas una siesta (como buen español) muy probablemente te quedes sin piscina por la tarde o puedas disfrutarla muy poco tiempo. - igual que el horario de piscinas, pasa igual que en el de comida y cena. Si a las 14:30 se termina algo ya no reponen porque a las 3 cierran y si quieres comer algo más tarde, tienes que ir a la bocateria. En la cena igual... Abren de 19 a 22:30, por lo que a las 22h ya si se termina algo... te comes las sobras de lo que quede.

A nice all inclusive hotel

I returned from this hotel last night with my family. I use Tripadvisor a lot when it comes to booking hotels, but I've come to realise that resorts are very subjective. Although I liked this hotel, it's made me realise that all inclusive holidays are not for me.I travelled here with my family and in-laws, in a party of seven. I could not fault our room, it was perfect for our stay. We stayed in the family suite and had two bedrooms, a decent sized living room and a balcony with a gorgeous view of the pool. It could be noisy at night, with revellers singing from the nearby bar, and during the day you had lots of noise coming from the pool. The view was gorgeous though. (See photo) The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. I would advise caution when using the shower in the bath as it was very slippy.The best thing about this resort was the staff. They really could not do enough for you. We arrived the day before and had an overnight stay elsewhere as we could not get the flights to match up with my hotel stay as I booked them myself, so the first night we stayed in a nearby self-catering apartment, Mar Adentro which was lovely. We were unfortunate as my elderly mother in law had a fall and we ended up hiring a wheelchair for the rest of her stay. When we arrived at the hotel the next day, we told reception that I had requested a ground floor room for her, however now she was in a wheelchair. They pulled out all the plugs to get us a room especially for wheelchair users. It had a wet room and everything, which was a Godsend as there was no way she could have used the bath. Staff were so helpful. They are always cleaning, serving, and if you look confused /lost it's only seconds before they approach and ask if you are OK. I can't praise the staff and animation team highly enough.The pools were lovely, there was something for everyone, some were very warm and the music was great.
I wasn't keen on the food. It wasn't too bad for the first week, but after that I could not face it. Some days the choices were tripe, goat, rabbit, veal and sword fish. My son ate pizza every day. The salads were lovely, but most days I had stomach ache, I'm not sure if it was the water they were washed in, but I couldn't face into it for the second week of our holiday we ate out a lot, and spent a small fortune on meals. I resent having to do that, given my holiday cost around six thousand pounds for all of us. Meals also consisted of lasagne, burgers, chops, turkey kebabs and other meats but it didn't taste of great quality. There was so much fish. I don't know why a previous reviewer complained about that. The tuna and salmon were nice. There were lots of signs advising parents that children under six should be supervised when getting food, but this was not the case. Children ran amok in the restaurant area, one little girl took a handful of pasta from her plate and threw it back in with the rest of the food. My youngest is ten but I plated up for him. It's not the restaurant's fault but it felt like Butlins at times. Again, this is the fault of parents, not the hotel staff. At night, it was very noisy, the disco goes until 1am. Fuerteventura is a stunning island, the people are friendly and there's so much to see and do. But it was all too much, and we ended up leaving the resort some nights for a break. If you're used to all-inclusive and are not fussy about food, then you will most likely enjoy this resort.

el trato del personal. Al tener varias piscinas no había problemas para encontrar sitio libre.
Teniendo en cuenta que es un 4 estrellas, las bebidas del todo incluido eran muy pobres. La comida no tenía calidad, y faltaba personal en los servicios de bares. El estado de la habitación era pésimo, con el techo del baño lleno de grietas. Aunque parece que esos apartamentos se iban a rehabilitar esa misma semana.

Mi è piaciuto tutto. Il personale è gentilissimo, sempre disposto ad aiutarti e consigliarti. Le camere pulite, fornite di tutto, il ristorante ottimo, le piscine molto belle. Gli spazi comuni, i giardini sempre curati e puliti.
Se proprio devo trovare una critica, in camera il wifi (gratis) a volte non funzionava molto bene. Nelle aree comuni invece andava benissimo.

Super hotel!

L'enceinte de l'etablissement est vraiment bien avec ces 6 piscines (7 pour les personnes en premium) et ses restaurants à la nourriture variée. Possibilité d'avoir des serviettes pour la piscine. Le personnel est tres agreable et les femmes de menage font du super boulot! L'animation est super toute la journée et la qualité des spectables le soir est vraiment tres bonne. Le zoo (accessible avec le bus en 1h) est egalement genial.
Les gens mettent leur serviette sur les transat à la piscine des 7h le matin et le personnel ne fait rien. Outre le zoo il n'y a rien d'autre à faire à fuerteventura.

El personal del comedor muy atento y las chicas de la limpieza excelente trabajo. El equipo de animación muy bueno. La comida variada, con horarios flexibles y los restaurantes temáticos muy buenos.
Las habitaciones se nota que tienen unos años, la piscina tiene horario hasta las 18.ooh.

Le personnel est très serviable. Meme en pleine saison, ils ont répondu à toutes mes demandes, à savoir nous installer dans une nouvelle chambre au rez de chaussée avec une vue. Les nouvelles chambres sont parfaites!. Un grand merci pour cela et la grande serviabilité du personbel en général. Le buffet, même en olein mois d août est très correct et frais mais parfois un peu répétitif. Corralejo est une suoerbe destination dans les Canaries et l hôtel est proche du centre animé et très joli.
Cet hôtel ne vaut pas un 4etoiles. Le gros bémol, la taille des pisines trop exigues, les transats sont incomfortables, le bar dans l'eau était fermé et toute la partie animée est mal agencée. Restzurant vieillissant, peu de zones ombragées et déco kitsch. La zone où se passent les repas du soir et les spectacles/discothèques sont toutes l une sur l autre donc dès 20h30 c est la cacophonie. Peu de place pour s installer à l extérieur et de surcroit, une grosse tente couvre toute cette plaza et donc impression d etre cloitré. On ne se sent pas du tout en bord de mer dans cet hôtel. La plage edt bien à 300m environ mais il faut sortir de l hôtel et cette plage est minuscule et pas très confortable. A banir si vous recherchez un séjour plage. Cet hôtel doit continuer ses rénovations au même titre que ses chambres.
