Dirty bedding, shower and bathroom. Found hair all over and smelled terrible . For the price, can't believe it was that gross. Out dated, which doesn't bother me that much, but again for the price. Great location but would advise not to stay here.

This place rocks! It's so scenic. Parking can be interesting but the place makes up for it

Can't give zero stars so one will have to do. Literally the oldest, filthiest, vile smelling room i've ever seen in my life. Management was unwilling to help us so we literally walked away with a complete financial loss of over $2,000. Yup, it was so bad we were willing to lose all our money rather than spending one night there. BEWARE of the misleading pictures on their website.

Would definitely stay again. Is it a five star hotel? Nope. But the deluxe 1 bedroom was fantastic! The hallways are dated and in need of some attention but we were beyond pleased with our room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location and there is a shuttle that will take you anywhere you want to go in PC for free! If you want a 5 star hotel at a 3 star price, you are looking in the wrong town! If you want nice rooms with great location at affordable prices, stay here!

Great food and drink with exceptional service. I would definitely recommend everything about it except for the price.

The roominess was awesome. Beautiful kitchen and dining area. The fireplace made it so warm and cozy. Having 2 bathrooms was a bonus. It was very clean and the view of the ski resort was so cool. Shops and a Bar in the plaza outside. I would definitely stay there again. The only draw back was the parking was confusing and the gal at the desks directions were....well let's just say not very good. Great place!

DO NOT have anything mailed here. Someone at the front desk stole my FedEx package. Yup, signed for by front desk and gone a few days later. I have not heard back from Maryanne at the desk or anyone from management and I'm at a total loss.

After finding this property online, I booked a last minute get-away for myself and my kids. I have a limited budget, but we all needed a break. I purchased brand new swimming suits for the family and headed to The Lodge at the Mountain Village. After check-in, I was informed that the pool was closed for maintenance. On Memorial Day Weekend?!?? I was told, "It says it on our website" as if it was my fault for not having read it. I checked out said website. Was it on the home page? No. Was it on the accommodations page? No. Was it on the virtual tours page with a disclaimer across the picture of the pool clearly stating "CLOSED" either on the picture or in the description? No. Was it on the reservation page? No. But I found it! It was on the overview page. I think if I was booking a party, convention or wedding, I would read the overview page. But when there are descriptions for the pictures, few people will go to the overview page. I believe this disclaimer was put out of the way intentionally because every other person I overheard the front desk attendant talking to was given the same story. They offered me a sister property with a pool the size of an oversized bathtub and sub-par furnishing and fixtures... not what I paid for, so we ended up staying pool-less. Add to that a rock hard bed and only 2 luggage racks to go around... I hauled all my stuff down in several trips and left. But not before the front desk attendant reminded me that he DID upgrade me to a premium room, as if that made up for my children's disappointment?? Thanks buddy... there's a special on the website offering Utah residents a $1 upgrade to premium.... I saw that on my search for your tiny little pool closure announcement. :(I will never return.

My girlfriend and I came and stayed at the Lodge over our fall break from college. This place was fantastic. We stayed in a beautiful suite, with a full kitchen and fireplace, that was warm and welcoming. The location is great and quiet, as long as you come at the very end of the summer season, as we did. We loved that we were in walking distance to Historic Main Street and the Alpine Slide as well as in driving distance to anything else. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was always cleaned when we came back to the room. Oh, and the THREE hot tubs were great (that ensured we got one that wasn't packed). This was a wonderful stay and we can't wait to come back (sounds like we will be back next fall!)

It's a 3 star ski hostel with hotel pricing. Fake plants, uncomfortable beds ( the queens have the ol sinkhole effect, it's like sleeping on a hill) dated linens , furniture, gas fireplace that doesn't work. The only redeeming quality is that it's ski in and ski out. Staff are friendly and all, and doing the best with what they got , but details matter, and the details is what's missing from making this bearable vs. being amazing.
