Great location.
2.70/5.0
Great location although some would say too noisy. I would not. In the centre of Tenby so ideal location. We ended up eating in the restaurant and the food was very decent for pub grub. No starters or puddings - just main courses - which was fine as they were big enough portions.
There were issues with the room. I reported the toilet was not flushing and the shower was only working on scalding hot water and was told they would be looked in to - they were not. The room also had quite a few cobwebs lin corners/near windows etc. so felt it would have benefited from a really good clean.

Very spacious room and ensuite. Staff were friendly.
Located on a very popular street which was very noisy throughout the night, double glazing would be an idea!! Didn't get any sleep.

Worth every penny
5.00/5.0
Couldn't have been happier. The staff were fantastically accommodating. We spent our first night in room 7 and we're then offered the bigger room 5 due to the length of our stay (4 nights) The rooms were clean, the bar was modern, beer garden was beautiful and the food was delicious. If I return to Tenby I'll stay here again without hesitation.
Ummm.. The Pringle dispenser on the bar didn't work? Loved the place. Couldn't criticise.

Our room wasn't very clean. A horrendous smell of drains in our room , the bath wasn't clean and the carpet wasn't very clean either. Not worth the money that we paid

Great location, very central, lovely old building, nice size rooms, good price.
Our room was at the front of the hotel and it was very noisy till late at night, like 2am 3am, with people spilling out from late night bars nearby. Not double glazed as its an old building so noise from street was loud. Room also smelt very badly of the toilet when we arrived.
