Don't miss this gem of a hotel

Loved everything about it. The girl who checked us in was super (even so far as getting a bandage for my husband's injured foot), it's a stunning property with so many beautiful places to sit and explore. The pool is great, a tad cold but just what we needed after a hot day on the Camino. We had a lovely dinner overlooking the garden. Our bedroom was beautiful.
That we couldn't stay longer.

Sempre um excelente refúgio para um fim-de-semana tranquilo. Conforto de todo o hotel: ambiente, jardins, música, aromas.
Na primeira noite existia um ruído, relacionado com o sistema de rega automática, que impossibilitou uma noite tranquila. Contudo, após exposição do problema a um funcionário, foi prontamente resolvido.

The attention to detail in respect to the property, its sub-tropical gardens and furnishings - so tasteful There were lots of alcoves and balconies where you could eat or simply read a book The freshwater swimming pool fed by the mill stream cascading down a waterfall The constant sound of the running water Breakfast was simply exceptional in respect to the quality and choice The staff were so accommodating and friendly
Nothing significant - one of the best hotels that I have stayed in over the past thirty years The sign to the hotel from the main road could be better placed

Prachtig hotel in schitterende omgeving (ligt in meander van rivier met watervallen). Mooie authentieke kamer, alles zeer netjes. Prima en compleet ontbij. Hele mooie tuin en zwembad wat gevoed wordt door een aftakking van de rivier. Helaas hadden wij tijdens ons verblijf geen mooi weer en hebben we er niet kunnen genieten.
De uitbater was supervriendelijk maar praat helaas enkel Spaans. Gelukkig zijn er personeelsleden die wel wat Frans of Engels machtig zijn. Verder nauwelijks minpunten.

De prachtige ligging in de natuur, naast de stroom versnellingen van een rivier (zelfs voor het eerst een otter gezien). De heerlijke tuinen met talloze prachtige zithoekjes. Het heerlijke en sfeervolle diner in de tuin. Een prachtig gerenoveerd historisch gebouw.

Just amazing.

Absolutely incredible place with such attention to detail, and fabulous garden/grounds (spacious, lots of "hidden" places to sit and read) and nice staff. The fresh river water pool was lovely, albeit quite fresh! Food was homemade and tasty (vegetarian options available too), and lots of nice places to sit - on a terrace, or in the garden. Well worth a visit!
Overall - nothing! If I'm really picky: It was very warm outside when we were there and an AC would've been nice. The smell of detergents was a tiny bit strong after cleaning. But aside from that, this place is really perfection.

La casa es preciosa, la decoración cuidada hasta el más mínimo detalle, el espacio invita al relax y al descanso. Los jardines y la piscina hacen que la finca sea perfecta. El desayuno muy completo y la cena en los jardines de 10.
