Gleich nebenan: Hoss's Deli - super Burger! Empfehlenswert!

The air conditioning was not very cool and the room was warm despite the fact that the unit was set at the coolest setting available; there was hair in the drain of the tub; there were no pillows for the pull out sofa bed and when we asked at the desk they only had 1 pillow; the cable tv kept going in and out and there was pixelization constantly - we had to tighten the cable wire ourselves just to get a clearer picture however the sound kept cutting out; as I normally do when checking out I wanted to pay cash instead of leaving the charge on my credit card - when I checked in I was told that this would be fine, however, when we went to check out I was not allowed to do so; the outdoor pool was not open despite the fact that it was Memorial Day weekend and close to 90 degrees; I had called ahead of time to tell them that there was a family illness and that while we would comply with staying the required 2 nights we wanted to change our reservation from Friday and Saturday night to Thursday and Friday night - the manager was short and abrupt with me on the phone and was unwilling to accommodate this request despite the fact that there were extenuating circumstances and we were willing to still stay the 2 nights and pay the same rate.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Every single morning breakfast is fried eggs and turkey sausage. They tried to charge me almost $3,000 for a week stay. There is one person on staff that can actually do anything and everyone else just says you will have to talk to him when he comes in.

The room is small but efficient. When I arrived I did notice there was a crack in the closet mirror but I notified the front desk and they said I would be fine. The breakfast was good and the staff have been wonderful.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times already and enjoyed my stay each time. This time was no different. The hotel is close to Delaware Park Casino and Wilmington. The room was spacious and clean with a kitchen. This will continue to be my choice to stay when I'm in the area.

The hotel "pre-settles" your bill on a weekly basis. You aren't provided a bill on a weekly basis unless you ask so it's always a guessing game as to what you are being charged for. After a week and a half of this "game", we requested a bill as our totals for the week seemed to be higher than what we were expecting. Turns out we were being charged the same rate as someone walking in off the street rather than our "extended stay" rate. We contacted the sales person (who will harass you when you inquire about an extended stay at the hotel but you will have a very hard time reaching once you check in-there were times it took days for her to respond to us) and she informed us that our bill would have a final settlement once we checked out and they would adjust our rate accordingly. When we checked out, no such luck. We inquired at the hotel again and they told us that our card had already been charged so there was nothing they could do for us at this point. When you call the Marriott customer care line they only forward you back to the hotel manager, so we have now escalated the issue to the corporate level. We were overcharged over $500 during our 33 day stay for a small, dirty, noisy hotel room with lousy customer service. We considered leaving the hotel, but we were told that if we left before our 30 days, we would be charged the full rates for each of the nights when we received our final bill. Turns out we stuck through hell just to be charged the full amount anyways. This hotel is a joke, but really my disappointment is with Marriott and how they have handled us being overcharged and our complaints about the hotel's condition and staff. This area has so many nicer, cheaper hotels. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

First let me say that the price isnt the best but then again you get what you pay for. i stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and lost my luggage. The front desk staff and managment went above and beyond to make the stay as comfortable and perfect for me and my family. they even helped with toothbrushes, razors, shampoo, etc. The hotel has a homely feel and the staff is just like family. The fitness center has something to be desired but other wise breakfast, laundry, staff, and cleanliness was perfect.......its not the Borgata but it was worth every penny.

Price-wise this chain is about the least expensive in the Marriott line-up. I was happy to find the room clean, the bed comfortable and the location convenient (right off 95), although isolated. The word "suites" in the name is a bit of a stretch. It's really just a room with areas for sleeping, sitting, working and cooking. There's not much within walking distance. Overall, I thought was a good value.
