Set in the south of Lanzarote, in the locality of Playa Blanca, the residential complex is ideally situated close to Papagayo’s Beach and opposite to the Islands of Lobos and Fuerteventura. Away from the hustle and bustle of city life, the 14 villas present themselves as the ideal destination for a relaxing break in an area of tranquillity. During your stay you can enjoy the wonderful natural surroundings; Lanzarote's Island has been declared Reserve of the Biosphere by the UNESCO. Each of the comfortable villas features: 2 double bedrooms; 2 spacious bathrooms; a lounge/dining room, equipped with Satellite TV and a DVD player; a fully-equipped terrace; a private swimming pool; and private parking. They also have free Wi-Fi.

Please note that apartments are cleaned twice a week. A daily cleaning service is available on request. Please note that the optional pool heating has an additional cost of EUR 15 per day. Villa was beautiful all you could ask for. Lovely size pool. Nice and clean all over. Friendly staff very helpful . Very comfortable beds. Very spacious. Well maintained gardens. Satellite tv good wifi.
Distance from shops car a must. Garden over looked by neighbors balcony and a lot of people passing the back of the property able to look in .a lot of stray cats around.

Casa muy comoda, con piscina, jardin amplio, bien equipado. Vinieron 2 veces a cambiar las sabanas y limpiar la casa. La señora de la limpieza muy agradable. La zona muy tranquila, ni un ruido y muy cerquita de playa blanca (aunque playa blanca no nos termino de gustar).
En la cocina había muchas hormigas y alguna que otra cucaracha. Entiendo que esta casa esta pegada al campo y que bichos puede haber, pero, no es agradable encontrártelos. La plaza de parking no es accesible para un coche medio (scenic), así que lo dejamos delante la casa.

Everything you would need was available at the villa. Really nice to have dishwasher and washing tablets in place. Pool was great. A car is recommended to obtain full benefit of the area. Rosi was very helpful.
