The first night stayed in a regular room the mattresses were very old and worn thus making them uncomfortable. We upgraded the 2nd night to a themed room and was a much better room and beds

The purpose of the stay was to relax and enjoy the pool and hot tub. They were okay. Breakfast was good.
Phone in room didn't work. Furniture was warped so doors and drawers wouldn't close properly. Bed was too soft; bad for my back. Pool area needed TLC, like some fresh paint. Other people's children ran around in dome unattended at break-neck speeds.

We liked that there was an indoor pool and love the separate kiddie pool area! We also liked that there was a few options for breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The hotel has so much potential, but is lacking in updates. It really needs some new carpet,new decor and some cosmetic work. The room spray (kind of orange like) they used was WAY too strong. Smelled like they doused the whole room in it. We were also disappointed that the kids play area had been taken down.

Location and price were excellent.. Great swimming pool and hot tub. Kids had pool tables and other game tables to use. Rooms were $80 per night and if on a budget were a great price. other rooms in the area in August were $120-$150 with a pool. Staff at front desk were very helpful. Coffee in lobby too. Only one computer in computer room so bring a laptop. WiFi available.
Eat your breakfast elsewhere. The egg patties were likely Pre-Frozen and were like cardboard to eat. The round sausage patties were full of grease. The only things left to eat were the waffles which you made yourself and were fine and the milk and cereal and orange juice. Rooms were a bit dated and need upgrading but for the short amount of time we spent there, they were fine. Room staff didn't clean our room the first night...Only covered the beds back up with the comforter. Complained to front desk and they corrected the problem. Gave us clean towels for the next morning.

Location was excellent. Only 20 min-1/2 hour drive to major attractions. The swimming/gameroom area was very enjoyable for our family.
The bathroom was extremely small. The vanity area made up for it but you had to step to the side of the toilet in order to close the door.
Probably would not recommend to others or stay here again!

My friend, his wife and I stayed for about 6 1/2 hours. We checked in around 11:30 p.m. and checked out by 6:00 a.m. It was short, but sweet.

Maintenance guys were very helpful
The first room we had had a butt print and hand prints on the hood of the car, the interior of car was torn, tv kept going off so first 2 hours we spend with maintenance men in our room, had to ask where pillows and blankets were, we asked to change rooms and I hated the bed in hut the bed made loud noises when I got in or out. Hot tub was TOO loud no radio, decor was terrible, did not look like brochure!! Over all A BAD EXPERIENCE DONT THINK ILL GO BACK OR REFER A FRIEND.
Thank goodness they refunded 1 night stay, we couldn't have stood another night there.

I loved the pool and hot tub, my bed was pretty soft and comfy and the mini fridge and microwave and coffee pot in the room.
I didn't like the lady that checked me in, she was very rude but I forget her name. In my room there was a crack in the ceiling, the bathroom could have been cleaner and so could of the floor, it looked like it hadn't been vacuumed.

The kids enjoyed the location because of the pool. It was located close to where we came from and where we were going. Rooms had fridge and microwave. Breakfast had a good choice.

The hotel pool and hottub are amazing! There is a watterfall into the hotub and pool. The pool is large for a hotel and the baby pool is great for small children. The rooms have plenty of space and were very clean. The saff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had eggs, sausage, sausage gravy, biscuits, make your own waffles, bagles, and an assortment of other pasteries, cereals, juices, teas, coffee, and milk. The pool/spa/ game area is huge and great for kids. After touring the museums it was nice to relax and enjoy the hotel amenities. The arcade was an unexpected bonus and pool tables were fun. Overall it was a great stay and is an easy drive to both the Ark encounter and Creation Museum. There is also plenty to do nearby and we enjoyed the Put Put center just up the road as well.
The hotel is older so if you are looking for shiny and new this is not the place for you. Everything is clean and functional but dated. The hallways are hot but the AC in the rooms works well and the pool, spa, game areas are comfortable. The beds are comfortable but not very soft. My husband loved the bed, I like softer so it was a little hard for me but better than most hotel beds I have experienced.
