Memorable stay in Hangzhou

We arrived at 9pm on a Friday evening and greeted by a very friendly informative Italian GM. We were given a free premier room upgrade and simply loved our spacious room and bathroom and all the amenities. The breakfast buffet was clearly labelled which made it very easy to choose vegetarian meals. We received 4 bottles of water daily. Very comfortable bed. Luxury bath tub Loved the goodnight macaroon cupcake. Night market and restaurants close to the hotel. West lake area and shopping district 10-15 minute walk from the hotel

Super Personal, gepflegtes Hotel, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Der Empfang war super und sogar auf Deutsch! Die sehr hilfsbereite Dame an der Desk kam aus Ravensburg. Ebenso freundlich und ausser englisch auch französisch sprechend war die sympathische Dame als Gästebetreuerin aus Tunesien. Wir haben uns sofort wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Auch das Frühstück hat unserem Geschmack entsprochen. Einzig der Käse am Buffet hätte frischer sein können.

Das Einzige , was wirklich besser hätte sein können, war das Wetter. Es hat einfach nur geregnet! Sonst hat für uns alles gestimmt. Wir kommen gerne wieder ins Wyndham.

房间的设施不错。

本来在网上订的是双人房的，到了酒店才被告知没有双人房了，实习员工处理问题态度差。纠缠得很不愉快，后来- 被告知是因为网上预订的时候没有联系上告知没有双人房。最后决解的办法只能是加床了。首先网上的订房系统有- 问题，和实际房间数据不同步,差评！

Excellent hotel located just steps away from the lake and downtown

We were delighted to receive a personal welcome & hotel/city information from Leonardo (Guest Relations) while waiting in line at check in. Our upgraded room was luxurious & spacious, and the hotel's location was perfect to stroll along the lakeside and enjoy the evening lights & musical fountain show then wander back through the shops. We enjoyed the hotel restaurant's Italian week dinner and would definitely stay again if back in Hangzhou.

目前住过的服务最好的五星级酒店

服务专业到位。每天都及时更新一次性用品和饮用水。房间大，隔音好，设施齐全，维修保养良好，区划合理。不远就是武林夜市，附近也有大超市和药房，去西湖走龙游路也很近，干什么都很方便。

床比较高，迷你吧冰箱温度不够低，马桶圈和盖无缓冲。

建筑和设施真的很老旧了，部分员工态度很一般。与西湖西边的几个酒店相比，还是吵了一点，不适合度假

Ubicación. Instalaciones de 5 estrellas (ojo estilo asiático). Uso de executive lounge. Personal internacional en prácticas (Francia, México, España, ..) excelente. Buen restaurante Tai.

Cena buffet. El estilo de lujo asiático de las habitaciones puede no ser del gusto de todos.

廁所空間非常寬敞，淋浴水柱也很強，還很貼心的附洗衣粉一小包。坐椅沙發很多，燈的配置很舒服，另有一個可以走動的小陽台。櫃檯，門房及行李處的工作人員服務態度熱忱，幫忙叫車十分方便。地理位置極佳，往西湖景區，或市內逛街區都很近。

濕度較高，冷氣需常調整溫度。杭州水本身有些味道，刷牙時較不舒服，另外女生的洗髮用品要自備，附的盥洗用- 品較普通。早餐事先預約有特價，但西式餐點口感較弱(跟西湖邊上另一家比)，中式還算豐富-小餛飩湯真的很好吃。入門到地方在巷內，對面的一排店家有點雜，不夠雅致。

When you need a bit of luxury.

We arrived very tired and were warmly greeted and given an upgrade to an executive suite. I'd booked a double room with a lake view and the water view was expansive, especially at night with all the hills behind the lake and the pagodas lit up. Staff speak good English and were helpful with English tourist booklets and maps. The pull out clothes line in the shower was very useful and made use of the decent size safe. Enjoyed the bath and also the shower. The pool is undercover.
