XO Hotels City Centre is set in 10 monumental townhouses, around the corner from the lively Dam Square and Warmoesstraat area. It offers accommodation with flat-screen TVs and private bathrooms. Free WiFi is available. Each room also comes with tea/coffee making facilities. The bar and lounge is the place to be for a delicious cup of coffee or tea. XO Hotels City Centre is situated in the historical heart of the city, next to the Berlage Trade Exchange and within walking distance from the Central Station (500 metres). In the direct surrounding you can find many restaurants, cafés and bars. The main tourist attractions like the Anne Frank House, Dam square and the shopping area of Kalverstraat are within easy reach.

Please note that there are construction works in the direct surroundings of the hotel between the 18th of September and the end of November. Therefore, guests might experience noise disturbances. Non refundable rates require payment within 24 hours after confirmation. The hotel will send you a secured paylink to complete the payment. With refundable rates, the hotel will invite you to pay with paylink as well. If not paid, you can pay upon arrival if the hotel has a credit card guarantee. Please note that group bookings are only possible when no other groups are staying at the accommodation. Staff was nice was also over tired.
Bed sheet did not fit bet, a cleanliness issue, constantly came off. Safe was broken, no ATM (more important than WiFi in my opinion). Toilet ran, etc.

Edificação muito antiga e pelo preço poderia ser de melhor qualidade. Muitas escadas para os quartos. Caso pessoas idosas estejam na viagem isso pode ser um problema.

Good breakfast
Dirty. On all 5 night's we were there, our room was never vacuum cleaned. If I new it was located at the red light district, I would not stay. Smells marijuana all time. And people in the streets are noisy. I definitely recommend stay on other side, Of Damrak avenue. Between Damrak and Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal. A lot cleaner and more family environment.

Great location. A bit pricey for a 3-star hotel but you're paying for the location and it is worth it. The hotel appeared very clean.
Bed was very uncomfortable. Double bed was two singles pushed together, left with a saw back.

Since we stayed, the room was never cleaned. The room should be kept clean everyday. The baggage storage is not safe enough. Anyone can enter into this room without security measures.

The location was fantastic, the beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were modern and spacious.
We were spread out a little across the hotel, it would have been nice for our group to all be in one place.
